Cancellation Policy
At Splendid Taj Holidays, we understand that plans may change. Below are the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and changes to your booking.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
1.1 All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to splendidtajholiday.com@gmail.com or by contacting our customer service at +91 9927841719.
1.2 Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount.
1.3 Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the travel date will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
1.5 No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 15 days of the travel date.
2. Cancellation by Splendid Taj Holidays
2.1 In the unlikely event that Splendid Taj Holidays has to cancel a tour or travel service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2.2 You will be given the option to either:
- Receive a full refund of any payment made.
- Reschedule the tour for another date without any additional charge.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refunds will be processed within 20 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
3.2 Refunds will be credited using the same payment method originally used for booking.
3.3 Bank or payment processing fees incurred during refunds are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Changes to the Booking
4.1 Any changes to your travel booking must be requested at least 14 days before your travel date.
4.2 Changes requested within 14 days of the travel date may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
4.3 Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed and may result in cancellation fees.
5. Force Majeure
5.1 Splendid Taj Holidays is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or government actions.
5.2 In such cases, we will work with our service providers to offer alternatives or reschedule your travel plans.
6. Non-Refundable Deposits
6.1 Some packages or special promotions may require a non-refundable deposit. This will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
6.2 In cases where a non-refundable deposit has been paid, it will not be returned even if the trip is canceled by the customer.
