From majestic forts and palaces to lush coffee plantations and temples, this is a perfect blend of cultural exploration and natural beauty.
Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Jaipur – City Exploration +
Arrive in Jaipur and transfer to your hotel. After a brief rest, explore the city with a visit to the Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Jantar Mantar observatory. Spend the evening shopping in the bustling bazaars for traditional Rajasthani handicrafts.
Day 2: Jaipur to Udaipur – Lake City Exploration +
After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Udaipur. Upon arrival, visit the stunning City Palace, followed by a boat ride on Lake Pichola, passing by the Lake Palace and Jag Mandir. Enjoy a peaceful evening at leisure by the lakeside.
Day 3: Udaipur to Mysore – Arrival & Local Sightseeing +
Fly from Udaipur to Mysore. After arrival, visit the iconic Mysore Palace, known for its grandiose architecture and rich history. Explore the Chamundi Hill and the Chamundeshwari Temple. In the evening, take a stroll through the local markets or relax at your hotel.
Day 4: Mysore to Coorg – Coffee Plantation Tour +
In the morning, drive to Coorg, a hill station known for its coffee plantations and stunning landscapes. Visit the Abbey Falls and Raja’s Seat, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys. Take a tour of a local coffee plantation to learn about the process of coffee production.
Day 5: Coorg to Chikmagalur – Explore Coffee Estates +
Drive to Chikmagalur, known for its lush green hills and coffee estates. Visit the famous Mullayanagiri peak, the highest point in Karnataka, and take in the panoramic views. Explore the Horanadu Temple, a sacred shrine dedicated to Goddess Annapoorneshwari. End your day with a relaxing evening in the hill station.
Day 6: Chikmagalur to Bangalore – Departure +
On the final day of your tour, depart for Bangalore. Depending on your flight schedule, you can explore some of the local attractions or go shopping for souvenirs. Proceed to the airport for your onward journey, filled with memories of a journey through Rajasthan and South India.
