Taj Mahal Night View gives visitors the opportunity to have an out-of-the-world experience that can be experienced only on five selected nights per month. It comprises a night tour in which visitors will gain entry into the Taj Mahal during a full moon and the two nights before and after the full moon, with pre-arranged Taj Mahal night view tickets ensuring a smooth and confirmed entry. It is a smaller group of people that will be allowed to enter the monument on these special nights, allowing visitors to witness the beauty of the monument under the moonlight.
A trip during the day is entirely different from visiting the Taj at night, as the ambiance will be quite serene and tranquil. Visitors will get 30 minutes on the viewing platform, enough time to create some memorable moments. 🗺 Detailed Itinerary
Your journey for the day begins in Agra. After you reach the city and stay at your preferred accommodation for the day, the trip to witness the Taj Mahal by night begins from there itself. Your driver will take you comfortably to the Shilpgram complex. You need to arrive at the complex around 30-45 minutes prior to your booked timings to go through the mandatory formalities.
Once your arrival time arrives, your journey towards the monument begins with a relaxed walking path. With the first look at the Taj Mahal on the night sky, the dreamy aura starts settling on you. As per schedule, you will get to be escorted to a reserved viewing platform to spend your next 30 minutes watching the monument in silence.
The best way to capture Taj Mahal by night would be through your eyes and not the camera because capturing photographs requires no flash lighting to be used here. Due to this reason, movement in the complex would only be to a minimum extent possible as well. Once the time allotted for the tour ends, you will be escorted back by your guide to meet your driver outside the complex.
